Responsibilities : Marketing Plans: balancing a consumer centric approach and the Brand long term Vision, recommends to Niche Business planning: a deep and complete knowledge of the P Pricing Management: Support HQ in pricing analysis and recommendations, update price lists in the pricing portal after finalization between Niche Business Intelligence: Analyses data for internal and external use.Give support for specific analysis: launches, formats, prices, competition.Provide comments; Budget: support the Niche • 3-4 years of experience in the same role preferably within the beauty industry; • Brand sensitivity and strong attention to detail; • Target-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities; • Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus; • Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
