DescriptionKroll is expanding its presence in Italy with the launch of the Transaction Advisory Services practice to assist private equity and corporate clients.Our Transaction Advisory Services practice provides analytical advisory through the deal continuum with a strong focus on due diligence.The successful implementation of this go-to-market route requires a senior team that has the experience and appetite to challenge traditional models.Our Associate Director will be part of a global fast-growing TAS Group well established in the US and Europe supporting local and international clients on complex transactions.Navigating ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients.Take ownership of key deliverables and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the engagement.Identify and articulate critical deal issues (e.g. quality of earnings, working capital, debt-like items, business risk and opportunities, SPA support) that may impact valuation, deal structure or transaction viability.Guide and review the report-writing process ensuring clarity, accuracy and strategic insight.Coach, mentor and counsel junior staff (from intern to senior).Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Kroll to apply robust project management principles and uphold quality assurance standards throughout the engagement lifecycle.Contribute to business development efforts including client relationship management, proposal development and thought leadership.The Ideal CandidateExperience: 6 years in Transaction Advisory Services with a proven track record of leading complex engagements and managing client relationships.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior professionals and foster a collaborative high-performance culture.Strategic Thinking: Strong commercial acumen and ability to contribute to go-to-market strategies and business development initiatives.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with financial modelling and data visualization tools is a plus.Entrepreneurial, client-focused, adaptable and committed to excellence.Languages: Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are highly valued.Join the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions Kroll.With a nearly century-long legacy we blend trusted expertise with cutting-edge technology to navigate and redefine industry complexities.As a part of One Team One Kroll, you'll contribute to a collaborative and empowering environment propelling your career to new heights.Ready to build, protect, restore and maximize our client's value—your journey begins with Kroll.Required Experience:DirectorEmployment Type: Full-TimeVacancy: 1#J-*****-Ljbffr
