Are you passionate about fragrances and luxury retail?Join the world of Dr. Vranjes Firenze and become part of a brand that celebrates Italian elegance and olfactory excellence.With its unique identity characterized by an original blend of Florentine heritage, iconic fragrances, and timeless elegance, the renowned fragrance house, Dr. Vranjes Firenze, embodies the perfect balance between roots and innovation.Founded in ****, it emphasizes the precious Florentine heritage in everything it does and delivers multisensorial well-being, capturing the elegance of Florence, its tradition of craftsmanship, and the art of perfumery in every scented décor object and Eau De Parfum.Each fragrance is the result of ongoing scientific and creative research into essences, along with a sophisticated formulation with unrivalled persistence and durability.As a Client Advisor , you will act as a true brand ambassador, delivering a unique and memorable customer experience that reflects the values and identity of Dr. Vranjes.You will guide clients through our exclusive fragrance collections and ensure an exceptional level of service.Location: NEW OPENING VICENZA, ITALY Employment Type: 1 Full-Time/ 1 Part time Contract : Permanent/Fixed Tem Contract What You'll Do Customer Experience & Sales Welcome customers with elegance, representing the Brand Guide clients through the Dr. Vranjes olfactory journey using storytelling and product expertise Ensure an exceptional Client experience, placing the Client first and fostering valuable relationships Proactively maximize cross-selling opportunities by leveraging the full range of products available in-store.Provide personalized recommendations and sensory experiences Enhance brand loyalty by transforming every client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience Handle requests and feedback professionally, aligned with luxury service standards Sales Performance & Business Development Achieve and exceed sales targets Engage in clienteling activities to strengthen client connections Support and participate to in-store events to boost visibility and sales Collaborate with the team to monitor KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion rate...) Boutique Operations & Visual Merchandising Ensure impeccable visual standards and brand image in the store Manage stock levels, product replenishment, and back-of-house organization Execute all operational and stock management activities—including inventory, logistics, cash handling, and reporting—in strict accordance with company policies and head office guidelines.What We're Looking For Experience & Skills At least 1–2 years of experience in high-end retail, preferably in Fragrance/ Beauty/ Luxury Retail Experience Strong communication skills in Italian and English; other foreign language skills are a plus Confidence in using digital tools and POS systems Your Personality Elegant, proactive, empathetic, and service-oriented High level of flexibility and ability to problem solve A natural team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to details Self-motivated, focused and able to use own initiative Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business, including weekends and public holidays.Are you ready to craft unforgettable olfactory experiences with us?Join us and bring your expertise to the world of Dr. Vranjes Firenze.
