We work in a fast-paced, international environment where quality and reliability make the difference.The RoleYou will play a key role in coordinating inspection and expediting activities across projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Acting as a central point of contact, you will work closely with inspectors, expediters, and clients.What You'll DoLead and coordinate inspectors and expeditersPlan inspection and expediting activities based on project needs and client notificationsEnsure inspection reports are delivered accurately and on timeCommunicate directly with clients and project stakeholdersReview, validate, and approve inspection and expediting reportsWhat We're Looking ForExcellent command of English (minimum B2 level)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentStrong organizational and coordination skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent (technical background is a plus)What We Offer- We offer a fixed-term contract after an initial trial period;- Professional growth opportunities;- A dynamic and collaborative working environment;
