Overview Join to apply for the Contract Manager role at NHOA EnergyThe Contract Manager mission will be to support the Legal team during the development and execution of the project(s).The person will be the key interface for all commercial, contractual and financial aspects of the contract(s) during their execution.ResponsibilitiesInterface with all internal departments to ensure compliance with contract obligations, company policies and applicable lawsIdentify contract risks and opportunities to protect and enhance project performanceProactively develop and share adequate contract management strategiesAdminister project communications, negotiate contract amendments, variation orders and settlement agreementsManage contract claims, coordinate with the Legal Team in case of disputeSupport other functions in the negotiation of contracts with clients and suppliers/subcontractorsDrive "on time" payment from customersSet-up and continuously improve NHOA processes and standardsRequirementsEducationThe Contract Manager must have a Law degree and 5-8 years of experience as contract manager or legal counsel in the legal department of an energy or construction company or international law firm.SkillsFluent in English and Italian, other languages will be a distinct advantageProven track record in contract management, claims management for engineering/construction projects, dispute resolution, contract negotiationFamiliarity with large sized EPC projects and standard forms of project contracts (e.g. FIDIC)Appetency for technical matters and the renewable energy sectorAbility to find workable solutions to complex legal and technical questionsAmbitious, enthusiastic, hardworkingCurious by natureStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and maintain output under pressureFlexible to travel for workIncisive thinker who moves fast and likes to get things done.Able to make and stick to tough decisions, even when unpopularGravitas and credibility to gain the confidence of executives inside and outside NHOAFeels a sense of proactiveness, urgency and embraces successLocationHybrid remote and Offices MilanWhat we offerPermanent full-time contractA flexible and innovative approach to remote working that adapts to your needs (see: )Ambitious and people-centered work environment – we invest in your growth and well-beingProfessional experience in an international setting, with a young and multicultural team (31+ nationalities)Cross-functional collaboration to strengthen communication and teamwork skillsThis announcement is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with Law ****** and Legislative Decree ********, and to people of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with Legislative Decrees ****** and ******.#J-*****-Ljbffr
