JOB TITLE: Hull Technical Manager / Hull Technical Coordinator BUSINESS LINE : Encar DEPARTMENT : Technical Management Department, COMMON INTRODUCTION: Saipem is a global leader in the engineering and construction of major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors, both offshore and onshore.Saipem is "One Company" organized into five business lines - Asset Based Services, Energy Carriers, Offshore Wind, Sustainable Infrastructures, Robotics Industrialized Solutions.The company has 8 fabrication yards and an offshore fleet of 29 construction vessels (of which 26 owned and 3 owned by third parties and managed by Saipem) and 15 drilling rigs, of which 8 owned.Always oriented towards technological innovation, the company's purpose is "Engineering for a sustainable future".As such Saipem is committed to supporting its clients on the energy transition pathway towards Net Zero, with increasingly digital means, technologies and processes geared for environmental sustainability.Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, it is present in more than 50 countries around the world and employs about 30,000 people of over 120 nationalities.Always committed to promoting and supporting the values of diversity and inclusion, Saipem confirms its commitment to valuing differences as a source of mutual enrichment.To this end, it promotes and encourages conditions that allow the removal of every obstacle that limits the full expression of people and their complete development within the organization.It protects and guarantees work conditions that respect individual dignity, while promoting a collaborative, harmonious, fair and supportive work environment.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As Hull Technical Manager / Hull Technical Coordinator with experience on EPC projects, you will join our Technical Management Department, in the business line ENCAR, conducting the following activities: Activities Coordinate execution of multidisciplinary engineering activities, and also manage activities assigned to external design company, supervising design and progress relevant stability, hydrostatic hydrodynamics, hull, mooring, installation engineering, Dynamic Positioning System and Marine systems.Bring its experience and expertise during proposal phases to set-up technical and commercial effective proposal.Lead and coordinate the Hull Engineering activities in accordance with Project requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards.Ensure compliance with all Project interfaces and supervise in/out information flow.Interface and focal point for management of the classification society during project execution.Multi-disciplines Naval engineering including hull general arrangement, hydrostatic, stability, hull s structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, telecom, safety, living quarters, etc.Technical and project management.QUALIFICATION: Hull Technical Manager / Hull Technical Coordinator KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Fluent LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5 / 10 years + It Skills Office Suite Soft Skills Motivation Proactiveness Communication NICE TO HAVE: International mobility LOCATION: Milan SAIPEM office.All interested candidates (L. ****** ) are invited to consult the privacy policy (art. 13, D.
