La nostra Azienda Cliente, titolare di franchising e brand nel settore cosmetico, accessori, calzature e abbigliamento ci ha commissionato, per uno dei loro brand più noti, la ricerca e selezione di:- n.1 Store ManagerIl/La Responsabile del punto vendita dovrà svolgere le seguenti attività:- Gestire il proprio staff, elaborare i turni e gestire la formazione;- Organizzare e pianificare tutte le attività sulla base degli obiettivi e delle scadenze prefissate;- Raggiungere i target di vendita e determinare, insieme all'Area Manager, le strategie di marketing, analizzando i dati di vendita/KPI e le tendenze, facendo delle previsioni di fatturato, gestendo lo stock della merce;- Fare in modo che tutte le richieste dei clienti siano soddisfatte;- Assicurarsi che il punto vendita e le vetrine siano allestite sulla base delle direttive aziendali.Requisiti richiesti:- Esperienza manageriale nella gestione del team;- capacità analitica e decisionale sulla base dei dati di vendita e dei KPI con ottimo utilizzo di Excel;- esperienza nell'organizzazione e pianificazione del lavoro;- Forte orientamento alla vendita assistita ed attenzione alle esigenze del cliente;- Leadership, flessibilità e capacità di problem solving;- ottime doti comunicative e relazionali;- titolo di studio minimo: diploma di maturità.Verranno presi in considerazione i profili con esperienza pregressa maturata nel settore Retail.Caratteristiche offerta:- Sede di lavoro: OLBIA- Orari di lavoro: Full time 40h settimanali distribuite su turni dal lunedì alla domenica con un giorno di riposo.- Tipologia contrattuale offerta: inserimento diretto in azienda con iniziale contratto a tempo determinato della durata di 6 mesi finalizzato alla stabilizzazione..Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi ****** e ******, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi ****** e ******.
