Join to apply for theGlobal Shop Logistic Support Specialistrole atAmplifon .Amplifon is an Italian multinational company and the global leader in hearing care solutions and services.With over 20,000 professionals across 26 countries, we bring the joy of hearing and living fully to thousands of people every day.We believe that people are the most important component of our success, and by investing in professional development, support, and recognition, we enable our teams to exceed expectations and build fulfilling careers.Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy.Hybrid working policy: 6 days per month remote.ResponsibilitiesGuide the Local Shop Logistic Support team in daily activities and support them in exception management and supplier issue resolution.Perform analysis on performance and process monitoring activities for a cluster of countries.Manage service support for the assigned countries.Manage supplier performances and collaborate with them to assure flawless communication and problem solving.Team up with accounts payable, supply chain, and IT to assure procure-to-pay processes are efficient and accurate.Contribute to improving purchasing processes and support performance excellence journey.Recommend improvement actions based on continuous KPI analysis, internally and with suppliers.Contribute to roll-out Amplifon Supply Chain transformation in different country organisations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics or engineering.3–5 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, logistic operations, procurement operations or sales support.Continuous-improvement oriented.Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.Customer-oriented approach, able to problem-solve and support resolution.Ability to work well through cross-functional activities and responsibilities.Very good team player.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Fluent in English and Italian; other languages (French, German) appreciated.Working knowledge of ERP (Oracle preferred) and order automation tools (EDI protocols, supplier portals, etc.).Other detailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior level.Employment type: Full-time.Job function: Supply Chain.Industries: Retail, Health and Personal Care Products.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Amplifon by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
