Ali Professional ricerca per importante realtà operante nel settore del Facility Management di Milano un/una:Head of Hard Services – Technical DirectorLa società cliente con sede principale a Milano, è una realtà strutturata e in forte crescita, attiva nell'erogazione di servizi di Facility Management e manutenzione tecnica su immobili complessi e portafogli multi-sito.Si distingue per un approccio orientato alla qualità del servizio, all'innovazione dei processi e alla valorizzazione delle competenze tecniche, operando con clienti appartenenti a settori industriali, terziari e retail di primo piano.Il contesto è dinamico, con elevata attenzione alla sicurezza, alla sostenibilità e all'efficienza operativa.Missione del ruoloL'Head of Hard Services è responsabile della gestione, dello sviluppo e della standardizzazione dei servizi tecnici erogati ai clienti, garantendo la continuità operativa, la piena compliance normativa, il rispetto degli SLA contrattuali e la redditività delle commesse assegnate.Responsabilità principaliDirezione e coordinamento delle attività tecniche su impianti civili e industriali (elettrici, meccanici, civili e speciali)Gestione dei servizi di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e programmata su portafoglio clienti multi-sitoSupervisione dei responsabili di area, dei coordinatori tecnici e dei team operativiPresidio degli SLA/KPI contrattuali e monitoraggio delle performance tecnicheInterfaccia tecnica di riferimento verso i clientiSupporto alla funzione commerciale nelle fasi di gara, predisposizione dell'offerta tecnica e start-up delle commesseGestione e coordinamento di fornitori e subappaltatoriControllo dei costi tecnici e del budget di commessaGaranzia del rispetto delle normative HSE, sicurezza e ambienteGestione delle emergenze tecniche e definizione dei piani di continuità operativaRequisiti:Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo tecnicoEsperienza di almeno 8–10 anni in ruoli tecnici all'interno del Facility ManagementSolida esperienza nella gestione di appalti e contratti di servizioConoscenza approfondita degli impianti civili, elettrici, antincendio e specialiComprovata esperienza nella gestione di team tecnici e fornitori esterniDisponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionaleLeadership operativa e forte autorevolezza tecnicaSpiccato orientamento al cliente e alla qualità del servizioCapacità di gestione della complessità e delle prioritàCosa offriamoContratto a tempo indeterminato direttamente in azienda clienteRuolo strategico con forte impatto sul businessElevata autonomia decisionale e visibilità verso il top managementPacchetto retributivo competitivo fino a 70KAuto aziendale e Benefit AziendaliSede di lavoro : Milano con disponibilità ad effettuare spostamenti sul territorio nazionale.
