RequisitionRequisition Number: *****CompanyMangiarotti SpA (sub-company of Westinghouse Electric Company)LocationMonfalcone, ItalyAbout the RoleWelcome to the future of nuclear energy, where Westinghouse Electric Company is leading the field with expertise and innovation to shape the power of tomorrow.Mangiarotti SpA, azienda sussidiaria del gruppo Westinghouse, si configura come leader mondiale nella fabbricazione di Grandi Apparecchiature a Pressione e Scambiatori di Calore per l'Industria Nucleare secondo elevati standard di sicurezza e qualità.Per il nostro stabilimento sito a Monfalcone, ricerchiamo un Senior Ingegnere di Saldatura il cui scopo sarà quello di garantire la qualità e la conformità delle saldature in completo accordo ai Codici applicabili, ai requisiti di design, alle specifiche tecniche, ed agli standard e requisiti contrattuali.ResponsabilitàAdottare un approccio etico al lavoro ed una condotta in accordo alla filosofia della Cultura della Sicurezza Nucleare.Organizzare e coordinare le attività di test di saldatura per procedure e mock up.Utilizzare i fondamenti di ingegneria di processo industriale applicati ai procedimenti di saldatura.Realizzare prototipi finalizzati alla progettazione e validazione di nuove soluzioni di saldatura.Implementare la robotica nella attività di saldatura.Supervisionare i test meccanici di laboratorio necessari a validare qualifiche e procedure.Conoscere i Codici ASME / EN / RCC-M ed i principali standard ASTM ed EN relativi alle prove meccaniche, ai test di laboratorio ed ai procedimenti di saldatura.Emettere le procedure di saldatura / qualifiche di saldatori e documentazione tecnica (WB – WPS / PQR) in accordo ai Codici applicabili ed agli standard imposti dai Clienti.Selezionare i materiali d'apporto dedicati ad ogni commessa sulla base dei Codici / standard / specifiche contrattuali applicabili.Qualifiche5+ anni di esperienza pregressa nel ruolo.Laurea in Ingegneria dei Materiali o Meccanica.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Qualifiche professionali richieste: Welding Technologist o Welding Engineer (IWT/IWE).Valori dell'AziendaSicurezza e QualitàIntegrità e FiduciaOrientamento al cliente ed InnovazioneVelocità e Voglia di VincereEmpatia e AffidabilitàBeneficiSalari concorrenzialiStrumenti di flessibilità orariaSmartworkingMensa aziendalePremio produzioneSistemi di premialità incentivanteEqual Opportunity EmployerWestinghouse è un datore di lavoro paritario, inclusi Veterani e individui con disabilità.Tutti i dati personali forniti verranno trattati in conformità al Regolamento UE ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR).Per informazioni dettagliate, visitare /.Job SegmentNuclear Engineering, Nuclear, Engineer, Welding, Engineering, Energy, Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
