Job Title: Junior Python Developer (Freelance)Contract Type: Freelance contract – 6 to 12 months + extensionDaily rate: NegotiableLocation: Milan, Italy – Hybrid working model (1–2 days per week on-site)Start Date: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are currently supporting an international technology company undergoing a significant digital transformation.They are looking for a Junior Python Developer to join their digital transformation team.The role is split equally between internal projects (50%) and client-facing projects (50%), with a strong focus on automation, system integrations, and innovative digital solutions.This position offers a clear growth path toward full-stack development, making it ideal for a junior developer eager to expand their technical skill set in a dynamic, multinational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online)Build Python scripts and microservices for integrations, automation, and service orchestrationCreate, customize, and maintain WordPress solutions (landing pages, CMS configuration, customizations)Integrate external APIs and develop custom connectorsExperiment with generative AI solutions and AI–user interface integrationsSupport Power BI dashboards, including data transformation using Power Query and basic DAXKey RequirementsBackground in automation environments (workflow, process automation, or marketing automation)Practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including:Power Automate (flow creation, HTTP connectors, integrations)SharePoint Online (lists, permissions, metadata management)Power BI (basic level)Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation purposesExperience with WordPress CMS development and customizationUnderstanding of REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth2 authenticationStrong interest in developing expertise in shared platforms, automation, and AI technologiesProactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentWhat's on OfferLong-term freelance engagement (6–12 months + extension)Negotiable daily rateOpportunity to work with a multinational tech company on innovative digital transformation projectsExposure to AI, automation, and full-stack developmentHybrid working model with flexibilityInterested?Contact to learn more about this fantastic opportunity#J-*****-Ljbffr
