Da Luxe Talent, società di consulenza internazionale di reclutamento e formazione specializzata in moda, lusso, retail e FMCG, stiamo cercando la figura di Floor Manager per un nostro cliente, un marchio di fragranze e prodotti skincare , da inserire all'interno della loro boutique nel centro di Firenze.RESPONSABILITÀ COME FLOOR MANAGER: Formazione del team e coaching sulla cerimonia di vendita al fine di fornire la migliore esperienza di servizio al cliente.Motivazione del personale Garantire la migliore esperienza del cliente e la gestione della sua fedeltà Reporting e relazioni giornaliere, settimanali e mensili Analisi, interpretazione e condivisione dei KPI Contabilità generale del negozio Gestione degli ordini Condividere i valori e la cultura aziendale REQUISITI DEL/LA FLOOR MANAGER: Almeno 2 anni di esperienza come Assistant Store Manager o Supervisor con preferenza per il settore high premium/luxury Inglese fluente Leadership nelle vendite e orientamento al cliente Buone Capacità di comunicazione Adattabilità Approccio positivo alla risoluzione dei problemi Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo COSA OFFRE L'AZIENDA: Contratto Full Time RAL basata sulla seniority del candidato (38K-40K) Incentive Plan (KPI based): fino al 10% della retribuzione lorda mensile, a cui si ha accesso previa superamento periodo di prova.Ticket Restaurant 7€/giorno lavorato Altri Benefits In Luxe Talent vogliamo aiutarti a raggiungere i tuoi obiettivi, per questo ti offriamo le più interessanti opportunità di lavoro nel mercato della moda, del retail, del lusso e del FMCG.Seguiteci sui nostri social network per essere sempre aggiornati su tutte le nostre novità.Luxe Talent su LinkedIn o Instagram
