HR Employee Relation Specialist La Direzione Risorse Umane e Organizzazione sta vivendo una fase di grande evoluzione e trasformazione e per potenziare il team stiamo cercando una persona da inserire comeHR Employee Relation Specialistche, a diretto riporto dell'Employee Relations Manager, si occuperà di:effettuare l'analisi della normativa e dello sviluppo dei testi contrattuali;fornire consulenza su tematiche relative al contenzioso disciplinare;fornire un supporto su tematiche di relazioni sindacali;predisporre i contratti di lavoro e gestire le fasi di onboarding, cross-boarding, off-boarding;effettuare data quality review delle anagrafiche dei dipendenti;gestire rapporti interni, anticipando e risolvendo eventuali criticità legate agli aspetti contrattuali;garantire formazione e informazione verso la popolazione aziendale sui temi relativi al contratto di lavoro, agli aspetti amministrativi, previdenziali, ecc.RequisitiLaurea in Giurisprudenza, Amministrazione aziendale, Scienze Politiche o discipline affini, con preferenza per un Master in ambito risorse umane;Conoscenza approfondita della normativa sul lavoro;Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ambito HR Employee Relations o presso Consulenti del Lavoro o come HR Admin Specialist;Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel;Dimestichezza con l'utilizzo di gestionali HR come ad esempio INAZ e SAP;Eccellenti capacità comunicative, in grado di relazionarsi in modo efficace con i diversi stakeholder aziendali.Competenze aggiuntiveOrientamento al risultato;Proattività e capacità di problem solving;Interesse per il settore Healthcare.BeneficiUn programma di benessere a 360°, con iniziative dedicate alla salute sia fisica che psicologica;Strumenti concreti per la conciliazione vita-lavoro, tra cui misure a sostegno della genitorialità e sostenibilità finanziaria;Percorsi di formazione per valorizzare talenti e competenze in un contesto dinamico e innovativo.Sede: Rozzano (Milano)L'offerta è rivolta a candidati nel rispetto del Dlgs ******** e dei Dlgs ******** e ********.#J-*****-Ljbffr
