Location: Merl (LU) Payment: A competitive salary with many additional benefits Last updated: 11 December ****Department: IT | Location: Luxembourg - Merl | Contract: Permanent | Job Requisition N°*****ResponsibilitiesYou lead the definition of architectures for solutions that are high value to the business with an optimal total cost of ownership for the enterprise, while consolidating the Creos IT landscape.You co-design and develop the architecture strategy including an architecture framework, guiding principles, policies and standards that govern the design of efficient, reliable, scalable, and secure solutionsYou lead or actively contribute to the design of reference architectures including supporting transition states that can grow with the evolving business needs, while maximizing reusability and minimizing operational impactsYou define standards and tooling for documenting architecture elementsYou document and define processes for keeping architecture elements up to dateYou can lead communication with, and training of, colleagues, including senior management, on the available architecture elements that support efficient delivery of robust solutionsYou contribute to the data, integration and technology standards decision-making processYou collaborate with subject matter experts to build consensus on IT solution quality requirements and record these in the architecture standards and specificationsYou contribute to project plan development and identification of subject matter experts at project initiationYou build consensus, facilitate collaboration and steer the decision-making process of architectural choices that align with the defined IT strategy and reference architecturesYou review and approve solution architecture designs to validate compliance with architectural and security standards and patternsYou conduct pre- and post-implementation reviews to ensure solutions have followed the specified architecture and standards; identify gaps and necessary remediations.You perform technology watch on IT and business trends to ensure the architecture remains fit for purposeQualificationsYou hold a university degree in Information Technology/ Computer sciences or equivalentYou have minimum 20 years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years operating in the role of Architect or equivalent design authority positionExcellent team spirit and interpersonal skills including abilities to negotiate, be perseverant and be rigorous with stakeholders at all levelsKnowledge and proven implementation experience of at least one architectural framework (ex.
