Il nostro cliente è un general contractor parte di un gruppo multinazionale, che si occupa di progettazione e realizzazionechiavi in mano di data center(colocation / edge / hyperscale), seguendo tutte le fasi: ricerca terreno, progettazione, costruzione, commissioning e consegna.Per loro stiamo cercando:Rispondendo al Direttore M&E, la figura avrà la responsabilità tecnica sui progetti nel perimetro HVAC, sistemi antincendio e sistemi elettrici.Nello specifico:Nella fase di acquisizione del cliente, si occuperà di analizzare le specifiche tecniche relative al pacchetto M&E ed in tandem con il team Sales elabora la migliore offerta economica;In caso di aggiudicazione della commessa, avrà la responsabilità di identificare studi di progettazione esterni, fornitori di servizi, appaltatori e colleghi di altre business unit da impiegare sul progetto;Se richiesto, si occuperà di effettuare bilanci termici mediante Climawin, della redazione dei descrittivi, dei quantitativi e delle planimetrie tecniche;Nella fase di Construction, avrà la piena responsabilità sulla buona riuscita della commessa.Interviene in cantiere su richiesta del team di progetto, verifica, approva o modificaLaurea magistrale in Ingegneria (nessuna specializzazione richiesta);2-3 anni di esperienza in aziende di installazione elettrica o HVAC, studi di progettazione o come ispettore di cantiere;Disponibilità a lavoro con trasferte breviContratto a tempo indeterminato CCNL MetalmeccanicoSistema di rewarding competitivoAutovettura aziendale ad uso promiscuoRetribuzione compresa tra i ****** Euro e i ****** Euro Lordi annuiSede di lavoro: MilanoLe ricerche sono volte a candidati di entrambi i sessi, legge ******.#J-*****-Ljbffr
