IT Procurement & Finance LeadThe Armani Group is a leading company in the fashion and luxury sector, with more than 8,000 employees across multiple brands.We are looking for an IT Procurement & Finance Lead to join our IT department as part of a global digital transformation of technology procurement.Context and Purpose of the JobOur IT department is driving a global digital transformation of technology procurement, aiming to create a fully integrated, data-driven process.We are implementing advanced performance KPIs to monitor efficiency and effectiveness across Global IT operations and the proper tools to support the integrated process.This approach provides real-time visibility to Top Management, enabling rapid replanning and reprioritisation of investments to ensure maximum business impact.The role is part of a strategic "Well Spending" programme, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across IT financial and procurement processes.ResponsibilitiesProcurement Process Optimisation:Review and streamline IT procurement workflows to maximise efficiency and cost-effectivenessFinancial Planning & Control:Manage Budget, Forecast, and Actuals, ensuring alignment with Finance and IT objectives in tight co-operation with Financial ControllingVendor Management:Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and support the CIO in strategic dealsProject Business Cases:Collaborate with the Project Management Office and Finance to develop robust, data-driven business cases for IT initiativesPerformance Metrics:Define and monitor KPIs to track departmental efficiency and strategic progressOrder Management:Ensure accurate and timely handling of IT purchase ordersCross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Finance and Project Management teams to ensure seamless processes and governanceRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or similar quantitative fields3–5 years of experience in IT departmentsFull understanding of IT processes, deep understanding of IT cost structures (Cloud, SaaS, Infrastructure) with a strategic focus on cost optimisation and driving efficiency (critical for our "Well Spending" project)Proven expertise full-cycle Budgeting, Forecasting, and Actuals reporting, ideally within a large corporate structure of a Global companyAbility to construct, articulate, and defend robust, data-driven Business Cases that clearly define ROI and strategic value for IT investmentsExpert knowledge of Microsoft Excel (complex financial modelling, pivot tables, complex formulas, macro and scenario analysis)Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI (highly advantageous) or similar platforms represents a significant plusExcellent English and Italian level (spoken and written)Strong organisational and communication skills, strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesRetail Apparel and FashionWe promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.#J-*****-Ljbffr
