Adecco Financial Services ricerca per importante brand di lusso un* HR Communication & Engagement TraineeLa risorsa supporterà l'HR Director nello sviluppo del piano di comunicazione interna e dei progetti all'interno della Divisione Italia, oltre che nelle attività quotidiane HR.Nello specifico, si occuperà di:-Gestire la comunicazione interna, implementando campagne attraverso diversi canali-Garantire che i contenuti siano coerenti con il tone of voice, lo stile e le linee guida del brand-Supportare lo sviluppo, la diffusione e la promozione di progetti HR (es. Employee Engagement, EVP, DE&I, CSR)-Coordinare la logistica per eventi di comunicazione (town hall, attività di engagement, ecc.)-Collaborare con il team HR per migliorare l'Employee Journey-Interagire con i team HR Global per l'implementazione di progetti specifici-Fornire raccomandazioni e consulenza per migliorare processi e progetti-Garantire supporto operativo nelle attività HR quotidiane (amministrazione, reporting, raccolta e analisi dati)Si richiede:-Laurea in Economia o discipline umanistiche; Master in RisorseUmanecostituisce un plus-Precedente esperienza di stage considerata un forte vantaggio-Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)-Spiccate capacità comunicative e di ascolto-Spirito imprenditoriale, curiosità, mindset digitale, attenzione ai dettagli-Capacità di gestire richieste multiple da parte di manager e dipendenti, organizzandole per priorità-Inglese fluenteSi offre inserimento in stage di 6 mesi + 800 euro + ticket restaurant 8 euro
