Description Enfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy.Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan.Our team of over 400 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle.We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job Description This position is the Asset Management (AM) person to participate and support tasks of development, engineering, construction, start up, commissioning and hand over of all new projects, with the focus on best in class hand off to Asset Management.It will be the liaison with Business Development and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) for all new projects and will support, from the Asset Management perspective, an effective and timely execution of all phases of the projects.Key Responsibilities With the support of the Head of Asset Management develop OPEX and validate CAPEX cost projections for new projects to integrate into new project financial assessment.Actively participate in Project teams and support business development analyzing new project opportunities and provide any and all data necessary from AM/ O&M.Actively participate in project engineering reviews for new projects.Ensure AM technical requirements for new projects are included in project design.Actively support and coordinate with EPC on any AM/ O&M related items during engineering and construction phases of new projects (PV plants / MV lines / HV substations) to ensure all AM requisites and requirements are met for an optimum project.Manage, with the support of the Quality Insurance team, the Early Commissioning Audits and, together with the TAM colleagues, the Site Acceptance Inspections.Execute on processes and procedures to enable an effective and timely hand over from EPC to AM with no significant open items, and ensruing knowledge sharing /
