A luxury resort set in the scenic region of Umbria is seeking an experienced and charismatic Bar Manager to oversee all bar operations and deliver a refined memorable beverage experience to guests.The ideal candidate is a creative hospitality professional with strong leadership skills excellent product knowledge and a commitment to luxury service standards.This role includes managing bar teams cocktail menus inventory training and overall guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of all bar outlets ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.Recruit, train and mentor bartenders and bar service staff to maintain high performance and guest engagement.Develop innovative cocktail menus seasonal beverage offerings and signature drinks aligned with the resort's brand identity.Guarantee compliance with health hygiene and safety regulations as well as responsible alcohol service.Manage inventory stock levels ordering and cost control to optimize profitability.Ensure proper opening and closing procedures cash handling and reporting.Collaborate with F&B management Culinary teams and Marketing on events pairings and promotions.Address guest feedback promptly and professionally ensuring continuous improvement in service quality.Monitor financial performance and support budgeting forecasting and revenue strategies.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 35 years of bar management experience in a luxury hotel resort or high-end restaurant environment.Strong mixology expertise and up-to-date knowledge of international beverage trends.Proven leadership skills with the ability to train inspire and supervise diverse teams.Solid understanding of bar operations inventory management and cost control.Fluency in English required; Italian is a strong advantage.Certifications related to hospitality bartending or beverage management are preferred.Excellent interpersonal skills and a guest-centric attitude.Personal AttributesProfessional and discreet with the ability to handle confidential information.Creative proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for crafting unique guest experiences.Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving mindset.Energetic engaging and capable of fostering a positive team culture.Required Skills :Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced nightlife or hospitality environment Excellent knowledge of mixology and drink presentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive energetic attitude with a team-player mindset Tattoos and piercings are welcome we celebrate individualityEnglish proficiency requiredKey SkillsCulinary ExperienceRestaurant ExperienceKitchen Management ExperienceAloha POSPurchasingHospitality ExperienceBartendingManagement ExperienceServing ExperienceBusiness ManagementCost ControlRestaurant ManagementEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1Monthly Salary Salary : *************#J-*****-Ljbffr
