About usEstablished in ****, Hamilton Court Foreign Exchange Limited is a market-leading foreign exchange brokerage authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK.In **** we became part of Marex, a diversified global financial services platform with an investment grade credit rating.Our European subsidiaries are regulated by the Bank of Italy and CONSOB.This allows us to provide bespoke treasury management solutions and expert service, while upholding the highest standards of best practice, client care and client outcomes.With offices in London, Milan, Madrid, and Toronto we enable businesses and financial institutions in the UK, Europe and Canada to manage the currency risks associated with doing business globally.About the roleOur fast-growing sales team is looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to kickstart their career in foreign exchange (FX) sales.We will train you in every aspect of FX and you will be inspired, challenged and motivated to succeed - earning good money, through the ranks from Business Development Manager to Treasury Consultants, then to Senior Treasury.You will spend your time both on the telephone talking to prospective clients as well as conducting face to face meetings, initially with guidance and support from our senior sales managers.You will also be attending national exhibitions to network with businesses to advise them on FX related products.Key responsibilitiesAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:Researching prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirementsMaking introductory calls to new corporate clientsDeveloping a sales pipelineDeveloping internal relationships with our Dealing teamBeing aware of and taking an active interest in FX movements and the world economyMeeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality and salesAttending morning training sessions and twice daily team/market briefingsKeeping up to date with market structure changes and regulation.This role is office based.Essential experience & skillsWe want to set you up for success and we believe these experiences and skills will help you thrive in this role:Bachelor's or Master's degree in FinanceAt least 6 months of relevant experience in sales and/or finance is preferredFluent in Italian language and excellent English language skills are requiredStrong communication skills and confidence on the phone and in personSelf-starter attitude with a healthy dose of competitivenessGoal-oriented and persistence.Apply now and join HCFX TeamHCFX is a lively place to work, and we combine an interesting role with competitive salary and great benefits, a full training program and continuous support from Managers and collaborators.HCFX's best asset is its people.A tight knitted Team with strong growth objectives and the willingness to reach them.#J-*****-Ljbffr
