About the RoleWe are looking for a talented professional to lead and optimize Payroll and HR Administration activities for Essity in Italy, covering 4 manufacturing sites and a commercial office.In this strategic role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all HR services, systems, procedures, and reporting comply with current regulations and internal standards.You will coordinate and manage Payroll and HR Administration processes, guaranteeing efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness for our internal clients and the organization.Additionally, you will lead a dedicated team, fostering growth and achievement of objectives, and report directly to the HR Services Manager Iberia & Italy.The position is based in Altopascio (LU) and offers a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence with remote flexibility.What You Will DoPayroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.HR Administration: Manage employment contracts, attendance and mandatory documentation.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on personnel costs, headcount, and support budgeting activities.HR Systems Management: Administer HRIS and payroll tools, promoting process digitalization.Team Leadership: Coordinate, develop, and monitor the performance of the HR Administration team.External Relations: Act as liaison with social institutions, consultants, and manage audits.Projects and Continuous Improvement: Participate in global initiatives and optimize HR processes.Who You AreProven experience in leading Payroll and HR Administration functions.Track record in managing and developing teams, fostering growth and performance.In-depth knowledge of Italian labor law and collective agreements (e.g., CCNL Industria della Carta, CCNL Commercio e Terziario, CCNL Dirigenti Industria, CCNL Dirigenti Commercio).Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS, with experience in at least one payroll management tool.Familiarity with Zucchetti, SAP, and Workday is an advantage.Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building effective relationships.Proactive and results-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.Positive attitude, bringing constructive energy and collaboration to the team.What We Can Offer YouA dynamic and collaborative work environment within a leading global company.Hybrid work model, combining on-site presence with remote flexibility for better work-life balance.Professional growth and development opportunities, with access to training and career progression.Active involvement in strategic projects and continuous process improvement initiatives, making a real impact on the organization.Comprehensive welfare and benefits package, designed to support your well-being and work-life balance.Application End Date:04 dic ****Job Requisition ID:Essity
