MS&T Project Manager (f / m / d) for the site Carugate MI ItalyWould you like to make a valuable contribution to the health of patients and do something really meaningful on your own responsibility?Then we look forward to hearing from youExcellence beyond manufacturing – that's what we stand for as Aenova, one of the world's leading contract manufacturers and developers for the pharmaceutical industry with **** employees at 15 sites.Our site in Carugate is a competence center for semisolids: these include creams and gels.Your key responsibilitiesCoordinate new product transfer activities within the site and across functionsOptimize existing manufacturing and analytical processes including adjustments related to API or excipient changesAlign internal stakeholders (Production, Purchasing, Analytics, Development, etc.) around project objectives and timelinesPrioritize and manage multiple projects including resource allocation, budgeting and progress trackingEvaluate new product introductions from a technical and operational feasibility standpointLead and support technology transfer and site-to-site transfer projectsInterface with internal and external partners including corporate MS&T customers and cross-functional project teamsContribute to scale-up and process improvement initiatives ensuring robust, efficient and compliant manufacturing processesYour profileUniversity degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Bioprocessing or a related technical fieldMinimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in technology transferHands-on experience in process optimization, tech transfer and scale-up and solid understanding of analytical technical and regulatory requirementsEnd-to-end management experience of tech transfer projectsProven project management experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or MS&T environmentStrong technical and process understanding ideally in the production of non-sterile liquids and semi-solid dosage forms (e.g., creams, gels)Fluent English skills both spoken and written for communication with international partners and customersStrong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills with a structured, pragmatic and proactive work stylePeople management experience is an advantage but not mandatoryYour motivationAre you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment and you want to tackle them creatively and on your own responsibility?Do you prefer a get-it-done culture and think in terms of solutions rather than problems?What are you waiting for?We would be happy to explain our corporate benefits in a personal conversationIf you have any questions - Chiara Fanasca / Human Resources - will be happy to help you.Temmler Italia S.r.l.
