QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER – ABOUT THE ROLE Officina Stellare is looking for a Quality Assurance professional to join the Quality Department.The selected candidate will'A' work closely with the Quality Manager and Process Owner to ensure the company's Quality Management System complies with UNIgiu EN ****:**** standards, guaranteeing the conformity of products, processes, and documentation.The role also involves promoting a culture of quality, prevention, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DOPromote a culture focused on Quality, Reliability, and Prevention through internal training and awareness activities.Update the documentation of the Quality Management System (Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Checklists, Modules, etc.) in compliance with UNI EN **** and related processes weergegeven.Ensure the effective application of the QMS and contribute to continuous improvement.Support analysis, evaluation, and formalization of risk management related to processes using recognized methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Risk-Based Thinking).Monitor and periodically report KPI related to On-Quality and On-Time Delivery, promoting corrective actions when necessary.Identify, coordinate, and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Plan, conduct, and support internal system audits and supplier audits, including managing non-conformities.Support the analysis of non-conformities, applying structured tools (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys).Promote the implementation of Lean methodologies and 5S principles-oriented to optimize production processes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
