Categoria:Industrial / ManufacturingLuogo di lavoro:Torino e provinciaIl ruolo di Service Engineer prevede l'installazione, la manutenzione e l'ottimizzazione di impianti e attrezzature tecniche, garantendo il massimo livello di efficienza e affidabilità.Si tratta di un'opportunità ideale per chi desidera mettere in pratica le proprie competenze nel settore Business Services in un ambiente stimolante.La figura riporta al Service Manager e collabora trasversalmente con i reparti tecnico, commerciale e acquisti.Il Service Engineer opera all'interno del team Service, con responsabilità diretta sulla manutenzione e assistenza tecnica di impianti di processo installati presso clienti.La figura opera in un contesto dinamico, suddividendo le proprie attività tra interventi in campo presso gli impianti e attività di pianificazione, diagnostica e reportistica da remoto.Responsabilità principaliAttività da remotoMonitoraggio degli impianti e gestione delle richieste di assistenza ricevute.Diagnosi preliminare delle anomalie e attuazione di interventi.Pianificazione delle attività in campo, coordinando risorse tecniche, mezzi e materiali necessari.Redazione di offerte tecniche e commerciali per interventi, ricambi e servizi, in collaborazione con il reparto commerciale.Interfaccia con l'ufficio acquisti per la gestione delle richieste a fornitori e il reintegro dei materiali di magazzino.Reperibilità 24/7 periodica, con turnazione tra colleghi di reparto per assistenza remota esclusivamente telefonica.Attività in campoEsecuzione insieme alla squadra di interventi schedulati di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e correttiva sugli impianti di processo.Gestione delle attività di commissioning a supporto del reparto tecnico, start-up e collaudo tecnico.Verifica funzionale e collaudo post-intervento.Raccolta dati tecnici e reportistica di intervento.Relazione diretta con il Cliente per la gestione operativa e il follow-up tecnico.RequisitiDiploma di scuola superiore o laurea tecnica, preferibilmente in ingegneria chimica, ingegneria meccanica o affini.Preferibile esperienza pregressa in ruoli di assistenza tecnica, manutenzione industriale o conduzione impianti.Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e software gestionali.La conoscenza di CAD e strumenti di diagnostica remota è un plus.Italiano fluente, buona conoscenza di Inglese.Tedesco e spagnolo sono un plus.Capacità di problem solving, gestione autonoma delle priorità, attitudine al lavoro in team e orientamento al cliente e a lavorare per obiettivi.Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti su tutto il territorio EU e extra EU.#J-*****-Ljbffr
