OverviewA global leader in water treatment solutions is seeking a Technical Sales Representative in Lombardia, Italy.The role focuses on consultative selling, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.The position is home-based with extensive travel across Northern Italy.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives are included.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies for water treatment solutions with a consultative approach.Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.Identify customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.QualificationsTechnical background with at least 5-7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in water treatment or HVAC.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Italian; ability to work independently in a home-based setting.Willingness to travel extensively across Northern Italy; comfortable with remote collaboration and travel.#J-*****-Ljbffr
