Do you want to build a better future?About Enfinity GlobalEnfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy.Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and JapanOur team of over 350 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle.We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partner.Job DescriptionEnfinity Global is looking for a Contract Manager to coordinate, evaluate, review, and process Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) contracts, Limited Notice to Proceeds, MSA's, formal bids, requests for qualifications, and support (from an EPC Contracts perspective) requests for proposals.This position will administer policies and procedures for all contracts in compliance with company and customer expectations and will be directly responsible for the management of EPC contracts, inclusive of all contract exhibits, while maintaining a centralized contracts repository system.Key responsibilitiesEnsure contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed in accordance with the organizational requirements of Enfinity Global's EPC department.Preparing RFPs for clients and commercial bids, and taking care of bid leveling and comparisons.Contract negotiations and buyout.Discussing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the terms of business contracts.Agreeing on budgets and timescales with the contractors.Managing construction schedules and budgets in accordance with the Construction Managers.Acting as the main point of contact for clients, the site, and project managers.Making sure construction project contracts meet agreed technical standards.Overseeing invoicing and managing contract renewals, change orders, etcMitigate organizational contract risks together with the legal department.RequirementsMaster's degree in Engineering.Energy or Construction contracts previous experience (7+ years).Excellent command of English AND Italian language.Previous experience in reviewing and advising on EPC contracts.Effective negotiation skills.Strong commercial awareness.Ability to work under time pressure to meet deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and influencing skills.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Leadership skills.Team player attitude.International mobility, both for short missions and potentially for mid-term assignments.In Enfinity Global, you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.Here we will foster your professional and personal growth, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change.Let's build our future together.Visit to discover more about our culture and values.BenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePaid Time OffTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusTickets Restaurant#J-*****-Ljbffr
