The program manager is the responsible of development project up to commercial release, including budget control, quality, product cost, and time to market.As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing multiple projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, innovation, supply-chain, and sales.Your MissionProject Planning and Execution- Develop project plans, outlining project scope, goals, timelines- Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation.- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on trackStakeholder Management- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members to ensure effective communication and alignment, especially during TG validation preparation- Conduct regular status updates and progress reports, using company tools (eg. Sciforma)Budget and Resource Management- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints- Develop regular outlook in compliance with company policy- Secure the respect of the development full-life costQuality Control and Assurance- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, aligning with stakeholders- Secure alignment with Sidel guidelines in terms of quality focus, modularity & standardization ambitions- Stay updated on industrytrends, best practices, and emerging technologies for an efficient project managementYour ProfileRequired experience and skills- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.- Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager or similar role- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for details.- Competencies in product development- Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.- Sound problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.- Availability to travel and to manage projects on several sites and for different platforms- Proficiency in project management tools and software (knowledge of SciformaIT Skills- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, ect)#J-*****-Ljbffr
