DATA ANALYST AND REPORTINGJoin to apply for the DATA ANALYST AND REPORTING role at Aeroporti di RomaIl Gruppo Aeroporti di Roma, all'interno di BU Commercial, nell'unità organizzativa Performance, Controlling & Reporting è alla ricerca di:Data Analyst and ReportingLa risorsa, a diretto riporto del Process Owner, entrerà a far parte della unità organizzativa Performance, Controlling & Reporting, funzione Real Estate, che analizza le performance della BU Commercial e supporta il management nelle decisioni strategiche. L'unità gestisce l'analisi e il monitoraggio dei principali KPI, la redazione del budget/forecast e la simulazione degli scenari economici, oltre ai processi di consolidamento dei maturati e di controllo amministrativo dei diversi business della BU Commercial (Real Estate, Retail, Mobility, Advertising e TLC).Avrà maturato un'esperienza di 2-4 anni principalmente in ambito controlling, analisi dati e reporting, con una solida capacità di interpretare i dati e trasformarli in insight utili al business.Principali Attività e Aree ResponsabilitàGarantire la compilazione, il controllo e la storicizzazione dei maturati in ambito Real Estate;Realizzare la reportistica mensile Real Estate con evidenza dei principali KPI economico-gestionali;Individuare nuove tipologie di analisi, contribuendo alla lettura delle performance e al miglioramento dei processi decisionali;Collaborare alla definizione, strutturazione e aggiornamento del nuovo database aziendale dedicato ai dati Real Estate;Assicurare le attività di budgeting, forecasting e analisi degli scostamenti;Assicurare qualità, coerenza e integrità delle basi dati utilizzate dalle funzioni di business.Requisiti Ed EsperienzeEsperienza pregressa in ruoli di Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting o Controlling;Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti di analisi dati e principali tool di Business Intelligence (Power BI, Business Object, Qlik, Python o analoghi);Avanzata competenza nell'uso di Excel (funzioni complesse, pivot, modelli);Esperienza nella definizione e monitoraggio di KPI e nella produzione di report strutturati o dashboard evolute;Conoscenza dei processi di controllo di gestione e delle logiche economico-finanziarie;Esperienza nella gestione di dataset complessi, garantendo accuratezza e affidabilità.CompetenzeAnalisi;Problem solving;Pianificazione e organizzazione del lavoro;Team working;Orientamento al risultato.Titolo Di StudiLaurea in discipline STEM.Sede Di LavoroFiumicino AeroportoTipologia Di OffertaContratto a tempo indeterminato;Modalità di lavoro ibridaLa selezione è rivolta ad entrambi i sessi nel rispetto del D.lgs. ********.
