Logistic Quality Coordinator

EPTA is a leader in refrigeration sector.Our organization, which operates in compliance with ISO ****, ISO *****, OHSAS ****, and ISO ***** certifications, is multi-plant and multi-logistics hub.To strengthen our operations we are currently seeking aLOGISTIC QUALITY COORDINATORWHOensures that all logistics operations—covering the reception, storage, and distribution of finished goods and spare parts—are carried out in full compliance with EPTA's quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.The role's mission is to create Quality Management System and to maintain and improve the quality performance of our Logistic Hub by implementing control systems, managing non-conformities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Main Activities & ResponsibilitiesQuality Management & ControlMonitor and ensure compliance of all inbound and outbound logistics processes with EPTA's quality procedures and standards.Supervise product integrity checks (packaging, labeling, documentation) before shipment and upon receipt.Manage and analyze non-conformities related to transport, storage, and delivery; ensure proper documentation, root-cause analysis, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Coordinate quality inspections and audits within the logistic hub, in collaboration with Group Quality.Ensure correct application of ISO standards (e.g., ISO ****, ISO *****, ISO*****) within the logistics processes.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to optimize workflows, minimize errors, and improve delivery accuracy and customer satisfaction.Support digitalization and traceability projects (barcode scanning, WMS, KPI dashboards).Participate in Lean / Kaizen initiatives aimed at operational efficiency and waste reduction.Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack logistics quality KPIs (delivery accuracy, claims rate, non-conformities, customer complaints).Prepare periodic reports and analysis for management review.Support internal and external audits (customers, certification bodies).Collaboration & CommunicationAct as a key interface between Logistics, Customer Service, Quality, and Production functions.Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on quality standards and procedures.Collaborate with carriers and external logistics partners to ensure quality and service level compliance.Competences & SkillsTechnical CompetencesKnowledge of logistics processes (inbound/outbound flows, warehouse management, transportation).Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (ISO ****, *****, *****).Experience in managing non-conformities, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.Understanding of ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI advantageous).Soft SkillsStrong attention to detail and analytical mindset.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Problem-solving and continuous improvement orientation.Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Leadership and coaching attitude toward warehouse staff.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).3–5 years of experience in logistics or quality functions, ideally in a manufacturing environment or 3PLFluency in English (written and spoken).We offer:Permanent employment contract as per the National Collective Contract for the MetalworkersSalary plus Production bonus, welfare, canteen, and ongoing training.Location: Vigasio (VR)Interested candidates should send a detailed CV, with authorization to process data in accordance with GDPR ******** of April 24, ****, regarding privacy, to#J-*****-Ljbffr
