Join to apply for theSALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLLS - Italyrole atFedrigoni GroupPurpose And Main Priorities Of The RoleIn this role, based in Basiano (MI), you will report to the Italian Sales Director Roll, and you will manage customers mainly based in Northern Italy.In your position you will be focused on maximizing sales results with the current portfolio of clients, creating value in our proposition and developing new markets and solutions.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeYou will manage and develop current client portfolio according to company's strategy, acting as a partner of choice, identifying valuable self-adhesive solutionsYou will profitably grow share of wallet of existing customers, taking advantage of company's unvaluable product offer, being transversal on different verticalsYou will scout new markets and customersYou will build long-term relationships with accountsYou will pivot within the organization to deliver a distinctive level of service to our clientsYou will contribute to deploying the commercial strategy to maximize short and medium-term results, tailor making it to the local marketYou will work closely with marketing team to deliver technical trainingsWho We Are Looking ForYou have 3+ years' experience in Commercial roles, possibly if in B2B sectors, and you are able to understand and influence main industries (Wine, Food, HPC, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical)Ideally you have previous experience in the world of self-adhesives labels (preferred), in packaging or printing industry or you had been part of any other sector giving service to printers (inks, equipment...)You have proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution in customers' accountsYou have demonstrated track record of working accurately in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes (e.g. margin monitoring, CRM, etc)You show commercial attitude and strong customer orientation and show a structured approach based on Sales Account planYou have strong analytical skills, with ability to develop different insights into the market/businessYou are good at problem solving, supporting proactively and actively to post-sales phaseYou are known for your reliability, high energy, teamworking approach & excellent communication and people skills.You are able to work and deliver results in a complex environment, with tolerance for a certain of ambiguity.You are proficient in Italian and English, both spoken and writtenWhat You Can Expect From Our Selection ProcessThe selected profiles will meet the Sales Director - Italy, Human Resources Business Partners Sales & Marketing, Roll Sales & Marketing Director – FSA.Location: Basiano (MI)Ready to start your new exciting journey with us?Come Discover Extraordinary* Every Day.Learn more about life at Fedrigoni:#J-*****-Ljbffr
