Are you an Italian speaker looking for an exciting opportunity abroad?We are hiring Italian Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client in Portugal.This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.Follow up on customer requests and elevate issues when necessary.Requirements:Proficiency in Italian (C1 / C2 level)Relocation to Portugal is mandatoryStrong English communication skills (C1 level)Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skillsOpen to relocating within PortugalAdditional Information:Must hold a European passport (visa sponsorship is not provided)Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not requiredWhat's Offered:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives?
