Social network you want to login/join with:At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.JOB OVERVIEW:TE Connectivity's Quality Assurance Teams are responsible for all or part of an organization's Quality Management System.They work on systemic evaluation of products, services, facilities, manufacturing or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met.Develop and implement quality plans, programs and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses.They review, analyze and report on quality discrepancies, investigate problems and execute quality audits, and develop disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, customers, or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Maintain and develop the Quality Management System according to IATF ***** and internal standardsInitiate and conduct trainings for Quality Management System and in case of changes of internal directivesMonitor and control specific customer requirements and implement it to the internal directivesUse Quality Core tools to improve production processes, and to solve Customer or internal issues.(APQP, PPAP, FMEA, incl. Control Plans / QIP / Flow charts, MSA, SPC, Problem Solving)Work on Quality Projects to maintain and develop the quality system and improve the Quality performancesPerform internal system audit, process audits and any other potential assessmentsControl compliance between directives and reality and inform responsible employees about nonconformitiesPrepare management review and report regularly about QMS status.Use TE tools for tracking and improving Quality production resultsWhen required, processing of customer complaints and internal issues according to 8D methodology and other problem-solving methodsDrive the correct management of blocked stockInput for FMEA and owner for Control Plan and other quality documentations in case of new projects, change management and complaintsKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:University degree in engineering or similar disciplinesPreferable at least a short experience (even during the study) in quality or lean manufacturing topics in a manufacturing environmentshort experience in automotive business (preferable)short experience in quality assurance (preferable)knowledge of quality management system according to IATF *****knowledge of problem-solving toolsknowledge in statisticsability to analyze dataAbility to take data driven decisionAutomotive Core ToolsProblem solving/Global 8D methodologyVDA 6.3 Process AuditingADDITIONAL INFORMATION:The application of individuals with disabilities, as defined by Italian Law *****, is encouraged; supports will be provided as neededWHAT TE CONNECTIVITY OFFERS:We are pleased to offer you an exciting total package that can also be flexibly adapted to changing life situations - the well-being of our employees is our top priority• Competitive Salary Package• Performance-Based Bonus Plans• Health and Wellness Incentives• Employee Stock Purchase Program• Community Outreach Programs / Charity Events• Employee Resource GroupAcross our global sites and business units, we put together packages of benefits that are either supported by TE itself or provided by external service providers.In principle, the benefits offered can vary from site to site.#J-*****-Ljbffr
