PRODUCTION ENGINEERING SUPERVISORIl/la professionista sarà addetto/a alla seguenti attività:Pianificare e organizzare le attività produttive e i cambi produzione sulle linee, ottimizzando i tempi di setup e riducendo le perdite di efficienza.Garantire la disponibilità e l'allocazione ottimale di risorse umane, materie prime, materiali tecnici e attrezzature per ogni turno di lavoro, assicurando la continuità operativa.Collaborare con la Manutenzione nella pianificazione e nel coordinamento delle attività di manutenzione preventiva, predittiva e correttiva su impianti, macchinari e linee di produzione.Monitorare e analizzare i principali KPI di produzione (produttività, OEE, qualità, scarti, costi, magazzino, spedizioni, costo del lavoro).Definire, implementare e monitorare piani di miglioramento continuo in linea con i principi Lean / Operational Excellence.Operare come punto di raccordo operativo tra Produzione e le funzioni Manutenzione, Qualità, Sicurezza (RSPP) e Logistica, garantendo l'allineamento sui programmi produttivi, sulle priorità operative e sulle azioni correttive.Luogo di lavoro: Torino Nord
