As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Key Account Manager to our Amazon team.Position based in our Milan office (Hybrid).OVERVIEWAs part of the phenomenal growth SharkNinja has achieved over the last few years in Italy, we are looking for a new Key Account Manager for Amazon.This position will be key to driving the next phase of the business development in Italy and to reinforce our fantastic sales team.RESPONSIBILITIESBuild a sales strategy that achieves & exceeds sales and margin targets for your accountsBe the category captain amongst our retailersEnsure that Shark & Ninja are represented in a positive and professional manner at all times both on-line and off-linePlanning and executing activities for both on-line, in-store and off-page to drive strong sales out performanceEnsure accurate forecasting in line with individual and company goalsWork within agreed Promotional (SOA) to ensure sales & margin targets are metNegotiate winning scenarios for both SharkNinja and the customer at all timesInterpret market and sell out data into business opportunitiesOrganization of trade shows and retail eventsReporting of competitive activities & pricingParticipate in tradeshows, sales meetings and other Company events as required.ATTRIBUTES & SKILLSFluent English and ItalianMinimum 7 years of successful sales experience.Previous experience in the consumer goods industry, ideally with or for AmazonResults driven, Strong negotiator, Exceptional analytical skillsOral and written communication with impactProfessional expertiseSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesAppliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
