you come in...As Senior Business Analyst within this exciting project, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions for Group Internal Audit (GIA).You will be responsible for facilitating the creation, collation and sanitisation of GIA business requirements, from a range of global contributors, stakeholders and SMEs, to be used within SCB's scaled agile delivery framework, to deliver high-quality software products.Acting as a facilitator, modeller, innovator, challenger, and problem solver, you will steer and steward complex business requirements to successful development outcomes and objectives.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in delivering agile transformation projects within an audit / risk environment, as well as being a deft communicator and intellectually rigorous in their approach.This position requires a deep understanding of requirements gathering and analysis, business logic, process design, software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies, as well as bucket loads of integrity, enthusiasm, and determination.Key ResponsibilitiesDo the right thing.Always.Promoting psychological safety,
