Scenari Srl è alla ricerca di un/una Responsabile Field da inserire nel proprio teamScenari, società specializzata inRicerche di Mercato, Consulenza e Marketing, è alla ricerca di una figura dinamica e organizzata da inserire comeResponsabile Field.La risorsa selezionata si occuperà di:Reclutare, selezionare e formare collaboratori per attività di rilevazione dati.Coordinare e suddividere il lavoro delle risorse in base ai progetti attivi.Monitorare l'andamento delle attività sul campo, garantendo qualità e rispetto delle tempistiche.Collaborare con i team interni per assicurare l'efficacia operativa delle rilevazioni.Requisiti richiesti:Diploma o Laurea triennale.Spiccate doti organizzative e di leadership.Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.Flessibilità, proattività e orientamento al risultato.Gradita esperienza pregressa in attività di coordinamento o gestione risorse.
