For a multinational companyoperating in the metalworking sector, we are looking for an HSE Manager whowill take on the role of RSPP (Head of the Prevention and Protection Service)and coordinate Health, Safety, and Environment activities.The role will beresponsible for both the operational and strategic management of HSE matters,with the aim of ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a safety culture, andcontinuously improving the organization's environmental and safety performance.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities·Serveas the Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP).·Draftand update mandatory documentation related to safety and environment (RiskAssessment Document, specific risk assessments, emergency plans, etc.).·Monitorand ensure compliance with current health, safety, and environmentalregulations.·Planand conduct internal HSE audits and supervise external ones.·Collaboratewith production and maintenance departments for risk analysis and management.·Managerelationships with authorities responsible for monitoring plant activitiesregarding environmental and safety regulations, ensuring the maintenance ofrelevant authorizations.·Coordinatewith the Group Safety Manager and Safety Team, sharing required reporting forthe area.·Promotetraining and awareness initiatives for staff.Your ProfileRequirements and Skills·Degreein Engineering, Prevention Techniques, or related disciplines.·Certificationas RSPP according to Legislative Decree *****.·Atleast 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in industrial ormetalworking environments.·In-depthknowledge of Italian health, safety, and environmental regulations.·Abilityto draft and manage technical and regulatory documentation.·Strongorganizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.·Excellentcommand of English.·Willingnessto travel between company plants in Emilia.Work LocationThe role involves activitiesacross multiple plants located in the provinces of Parma and Reggio Emilia.Theoperational base can be defined according to the candidate's residence or thecompany's main site.LI-IC1
