OverviewBusiness Team Assistant Goodwill Group•Rome, Lazio, ItaliaGoodwill is a dynamic and expanding export company headquartered in Egypt, with a sister company in Italy.The company specializes in high-quality canned foods, olives, and legumes under the brands Diabello and Montellia.The role is part-time and hybrid, based in the Greater Rome Metropolitan Area, with a mix of in-office and remote work.The individual will support export operations and business activities, maintain communication with clients and partners, assist with administrative tasks, coordinate shipments, and handle documentation processes to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality services.ResponsibilitiesSupport export team with day-to-day coordination and follow-upsPrepare and organize documents, records, and reportsSupport commercial activities and internal coordinationHelp improve organization systems and workflowsQualificationsSpanish speaker (required)English (good level)Any additional language is a plusBasic skills in Google Workspace / ExcelStrong "community mindset" (relationship-building, networking, social confidence)Additional InformationTraining will be providedLong-term growth opportunity in an export companyContinuous learning in international trade & export operations#J-*****-Ljbffr
