Corporate Finance Energy & Infrastructure Associate | Roma 29 dic ****Being the main advisor in the M&A Italian market can be a big deal.Deal Advisoryis aKPMG Advisoryline of Services that helps clients find and drive value throughout their transformation and transaction lifecycle.Our practice offers deep knowledge and experience in M&A, divestitures, joint ventures and alliances, capital funding and financing transactions, restructuring and more.Corporate Financepractice provides best-in-class advice and execution on the most complex transactions, leveraging our global network to ensure our clients meet their objectives, regardless of industry or geography.Our Corporate Finance Professionals are ranked at the top among national and international M&A middle-market advisors.You will join our Corporate Finance professionals in theEnergy & Infrastructure TeaminRomeand will contribute to first-class projects, developing unique skills.Industry expertise- Renewable Energy;ResponsibilitiesYou will support the Energy & Infrastructure Team in Project Finance, Public-Private Partnerships and M&A transactions.In particular:- Developing, reviewing, and managing complex financial models for infrastructure and energy projects;- Reviewing business plans and complex financial models (including VBA-based models), ensuring logical consistency and mathematical accuracy, and providing clear outputs to the Team's supervisors;- Reviewing term sheets and financing documentation, with a focus on the assessment of project bankability;- Preparing presentations, information memorandum, bank teasers, and analytical reports for lenders and clients in the context of Project Finance transactions;- Supporting transaction execution activities, including the financial close process, conditions precedent (CPs) fulfilment, and drawdowns;- Performing post–financial close activities, including financial advisory support, refinancing analysis, and contract management assistance.Profile required- Master of Science or Bac+5 in a related discipline, such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering- At least 3-y experience in project finance, investment banking, infrastructure / private equity funds, large corporates or advisory / auditing firms- Fluency in Italian and English - written and spoken (most of the documentation is in English)- Other languages, such as French/Spanish would be considered a plusTechnical, operational & Soft skills:- MS Office knowledge- Advanced knowledge of Excel is mandatory due to modelling activity- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint is mandatory due to Client Presentation activity- Experience in the Energy &Infrastructure sector- Ability to plan and schedule- Time pressure in delivering pitches and a strong team spirit will also contribute massively to the candidate's professional and personal developmentIn addition, the ideal candidate has strong motivation, marked problem-solving skills and the ability to take active part in dynamic, international teams.Businesses are demanding a broad mix of Advisory Services as they seek to address the myriad of challenges and opportunities presented by a persistently volatile and complex economic environment.Our Advisory experts work across the corporate health spectrum covering areas as diverse as profitability, transformation, technology, risk, growth, structure and operations.Required data will be managed in compliance with the European legislative Decree no. ******** (General Data Protection Regulation - "GDPR") and later modifications or integrations.KPMG Advisory S.p.A. is an equal opportunities employer.#J-*****-Ljbffr
