In ottica di potenziamento della nostra divisione di IT Consulting Services stiamo ricercando una figura di Analista Funzionale IT.La persona si inserirà nel team di sviluppo, a supporto di uno dei nostri principali partner di ambito Finance.Sede di Lavoro : Reggio Emilia, smart working al 50%.Contratto: Assunzione Diretta a tempo indeterminato con contratto CCNL Metalmeccanico, fino a ******€ RAL . L'offerta include buoni pasto da 6,50€ per giorno lavorato, Welfare e formazione mirata sulla base del percorso di crescita concordato.Principali Attività:GestioneStima dei tempi per lo sviluppo delle funzionalità, contribuendo alla pianificazione del progetto;Monitoraggio dello stato avanzamento e proposta di azioni correttive;Collaborazione con il team e con i fornitori coinvolti. Aspetti tecniciAnalisi dei requisiti - collabora con altre figure di business analysis per comprendere a fondo le esigenze del cliente e tradurre i requisiti funzionali in specifiche tecniche;Progettazione tecnica - contribuisce alla definizione dell'architettura delle soluzioni software, selezionando le tecnologie più appropriate;Sviluppo e testing - partecipa attivamente allo sviluppo del codice, assicurando la qualità e l'efficienza delle soluzioni (test unitari e di integrazione). Supporto alla ProduzioneDeployment - supporta le attività di deployment delle applicazioni in produzione;Manutenzione - contribuisce alla risoluzione di problemi tecnici che possono insorgere in produzione e fornisce supporto agli utenti. Requiti:Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo Tecnico, Informatico, STEM o Economia;3-5 anni di esperienza in contesti finanziari (es. Wealth, Investment, Titoli, Anagrafiche, Movimenti), preferenzialmente Banking, Insurance o SGR;Buona base tecnica, maturata in ambito applicativo e conoscenza di SQL;Metodologie Agile (Scrum, Kanban) e principi di Dev Ops. e Glue è un partner considerato strategico dalle aziende clienti che desiderano innovare e ottimizzare la comunicazione digitale con il proprio customer base.
