Ricoh Italia è leader nella fornitura di soluzioni innovative per la stampa e la gestione documentale.Da decenni supportiamo aziende e organizzazioni con prodotti e servizi all'avanguardia per migliorare efficienza, sostenibilità e collaborazione.Per il potenziamento della nostra struttura, a supporto di un business RGC in crescita, siamo alla ricerca di un Field Service Engineer per l'area Ricoh Graphic Communication, che si occupi di installazione e assistenza tecnica sui dispositivi per la stampa di produzione Ricoh. La risorsa sarà parte integrante del nostro team tecnico, con un focus sulla soddisfazione del cliente e sulla qualità del servizio.Responsabilità- Installazione, configurazione e manutenzione di stampanti industriali e dispositivi di stampa Ricoh.- Risoluzione di guasti tecnici e supporto on-site per i clienti.- Aggiornamento firmware e configurazione di funzionalità avanzate dei dispositivi.- Formazione e supporto ai clienti sull'uso dei prodotti.- Gestione delle chiamate di assistenza tecnica nel rispetto degli SLA aziendali.- Monitoraggio continuo delle prestazioni dei dispositivi e proposta di soluzioni per miglioramenti.Requisiti Esperienza- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo tecnico simile, preferibilmente su prodottiProduction printing /Graphic Art o Graphic Comunication- Familiarità con i dispositivi multifunzione e sistemi di stampa DIGITALECompetenze Tecniche- Conoscenza approfondita delle tecnologie di stampa e configurazioni di rete.- Capacità di risolvere problemi hardware e software.- Competenza nella gestione di strumenti diagnostici e aggiornamenti firmware.- Buona conoscenza lingua ingleseSoft Skills- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazione con i clienti.- Problem-solving e approccio proattivo.- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team.Titoli Preferenziali- Diploma tecnico (informatica, elettronica o equivalente).- Certificazioni su prodotti Ricoh o comunque nel settore printing.- Patente B (per interventi on-site).Cosa Offriamo- Ambiente di lavoro innovativo e stimolante.- Formazione continua sui prodotti e sulle tecnologie Ricoh.- Opportunità di crescita professionale.- Pacchetto retributivo competitivo e benefit aziendali.#J-*****-Ljbffr
