Videndum is an international group principally serving customers in the \"image capture and content creation\" market.Videndum manufactures and distributes technically advanced products which give broadcasters, film studios, video production companies and independent content creators total confidence in the production equipment they depend upon to capture and share world class footage.Our people are key to our future, and they are our number one priority.They make the difference not only by what they do, but by how they do it.Job summary He/she will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and performance monitoring within an advanced manufacturing plant.Key responsibilities include implementing KPIs, managing standard costs, coordinating budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, and supporting decision-making through financial insights.The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work in a complex, multinational environment.Work Location: Feltre (BL)Main Responsibilities and Tasks Assist in preparing monthly financial dashboards, including P&L, KPIs, and variance analysis.Prepare and join the monthly performance review of the site.Calculate and monitor standard costs for purchased and manufactured items.Evaluate month end stock both at standard cost and actual.Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.Analyze plant performance and discuss results with Finance, Plant director, Stream manager and wider operations teams.Contribute to cost-benefit analyses for projects and capital investments.Help improve reporting systems and ensure compliance with internal controls.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote financial awareness.Support the finance organization with internal and external auditors for your area of responsibility.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.5+ years of experience in industrial or plant controlling.Solid knowledge of cost accounting and general accounting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential).Good planning and organizational skills.Analytical approach, able to see both the big picture and dig into details.Experience in handling multiple concurrent tasks and meeting strict deadlines.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports.Ability to effectively communicate with management, public groups, peers, and staff.Ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and staff in charge.Must demonstrate the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and character and promote ethical business behavior throughout the organization.Demonstrate appreciation of and sensitivity toward a wide range of cultural and personal differences.Must be a team player and act cooperatively with the business.Good influencing skills to deal with a matrix organization.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Please note that this job description is not an exhaustive list of the duties that you may be required to perform, and the company reserves the right to make amendments to the job description at any time, which may include adding or removing items from the list of duties outlined above.Videndum Mindset Exceptional Product PerformanceCustomer FocusLeading a Fast Changing MarketGlobal CapabilityTransparency, Integrity and RespectEnvironmental ConsciousnessHealth and Safety All employees are expected to take care for their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions in accordance with the Company health and safety policy by using correct tools, processes and Personal protective equipment and not perform any function unless appropriately trained and authorised.#J-*****-Ljbffr
