WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROGRAMMATIC CAMPAIGN MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAMThe primary goal of this role is the end-to-end effective management of programmatic activities, from strategic setup to final reporting.WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS IN THIS ROLE?Independently set up campaign structures: audience, inventory strategy, formats, and KPIs.Manage and continuously optimizecampaign performance.Independently resolveany issues related to delivery, pacing, or tracking.Conduct in-depth analysisof results, producing clear insights and actionable recommendations.Suggest budget reallocationsand optimization strategies to maximize KPIs.Ensure strict deadline management.WHO ARE YOU?You havedirect experiencein the implementation, optimization, analysis, and reporting of programmatic campaigns.You haveoperational knowledgeof at least two DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Xandr).Preferred expertisein Amazon DSP.You havefamiliaritywith key KPIs, attribution models, and data tracking systems.You have theability to analyze data, interpret it, and derive concrete insights.You havestrong organizational skillsand ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.You arefluent in English(we work with international clients)WHAT DO WE OFFER?You will have the opportunity to work as part of a supportive team, in an agile and flexible work environment, with 2 days of smart working and 3 days in our office, where you can enjoy free coffee and foosball table games.
