Company OverviewSPACE INDUSTRIESis adynamic and rapidly growing companyoperating in theaerospace sector, with a strong commitment toinnovation, reliability, and mission excellence.The company supportscomplex space programsand providesend-to-end mission operations, ensuring high standards of performance and operational success.Position OverviewSpace Industries S.p.A.is looking for an experiencedIT System Administratorto join its IT team.The role focuses on the administration on-premises, virtualized, and cloud-based infrastructures, within asecurity and compliance-driven environment(ISO *****, GDPR, NIS2).The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuringsystem security, operational continuity, working closely with internal stakeholders and security functions.Key ResponsibilitiesSecure configuration, hardening, and maintenance ofWindows, Linux, virtualizationplatforms, and cloud environments,in line with industry security standardsCreation, editing and maintenance of access and access groups,and Azure Active Directory federationInfrastructure monitoring, support, and maintenanceData protectionactivities aligned with GDPR, ISO *****, and NIS2, including audit support and security documentationBackup managementand supporting Infrastructure as Code practicesContinuous security improvement,threat monitoring, proactive risk reduction, and participation in security awareness initiativesRequirementsRequired Skills & Experience· 3-4 years of experience as a System Administrator / IT Infrastructure Engineer· Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems· Experience with virtualized and cloud environments· Background in IT security, system hardening, and compliance· Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory, IAM, SSO, and MFA· Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken· Driving license and own vehicleSoft SkillsHigh level of autonomy in the roleStrong collaboration and proactivityExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work in structured, security-focused environmentNice to HaveRelevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Linux, Security)Experience in regulated or industrial sectorsBackground in aerospace or high-tech environmentsBenefitsWhat We Offer:40-hour work week, Monday to Friday.A dynamic and stimulating work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.SPACE INDUSTRIES is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within its workplace and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.Why Join Us?A unique opportunity for professional growth in a young and dynamic aerospace company.
