We're Hiring: Leisure Group Travel LeaderThis role is ideal for a dynamic, creative, and highly organised professional with a solid background in group leisure travel to Italy, who is ready to take ownership and make an impact.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination of group leisure travel for international tourists visiting ItalyManagement of correspondence with partners and clients, both locally and overseasPreparation of quotations and handling of group reservationsOrganisation and supervision of special requests and tailor-made servicesActive contribution to the development and structuring of this new projectEnsure quality and efficiency of the operations (deadlines, customer-supplier invoicing...)Being the point of contact for providers, suppliers, incoming agency and tour operator to ensure the quality of the service.Follow up events before, during and after with the client directly.Negotiating prices with suppliers.What We OfferThe opportunity to be part of a new strategic project from its very beginningA stimulating role within a company experiencing strong growth in the Italian marketRoom for creativity, autonomy, and professional developmentRequirementsProven experience in group leisure travel (incoming Italy)Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)Strong organisational and communication skillsA proactive mindset, creativity, and a genuine passion for travelWillingness to grow together with an ambitious and expanding company#J-*****-Ljbffr
