The Sofidel GroupSofidel, headquartered in Porcari (Lucca), is a global leader in tissue paper production.With a presence in 12 European countries and 11 U.S. states, we employ over 9,000 people dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity.Our products, including toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins, are available in more than 50 countries.We proudly own well-known brands such as Regina, Nicky, Sopalin, Le Trèfle, Hakle, Softis, Nalys, Cosynel, and KittenSoft, while also producing for private-label retailers.With the Papernet brand, we also cater to the "Away-from-Home" sector, ensuring quality solutions for businesses and public spaces.Wherever you are, Sofidel is there, bringing comfort, quality, and sustainability to everyday lifePurposeTo manage the product specifications and packaging in line with the agreed product strategies and priorities, cooperating with the local countries of the assigned geographical area.Main ResponsibilitiesProposes any product launch and line extension in the assigned countries, taking in consideration the Power Brands and Strategic Cells reportsGuarantees the approved Unique Selling Propositions and the Business Value Proposition of the assigned products are correctly deployed in every communication stream (Digital, packaging, local material...)Analyses the consumer and retail trends received from the local Category Management Dept. (market trends, competitors, consumers...) to feed the product innovation plans.Supports the local Category Managers of the assigned countries about category insights in order to draft Trade Stories for clients.Analyses the consumer complaints reports and liaises with local Category Management Dept & local Product Office Dept in order to monitor the corrective actions aimed at matching the quality standardsLiaises with the Group operating Process Dept to organise the agreed product trials and analises the results in order to submit a final proposition to the Line Manager & Marketing & Sales Director Brand.Manages the packaging creation of the assigned products with the Graphic Designer and packaging agencies, under the lead of the Line ManagerLiaises with the local Category Management Dept to adapt the on-packaging communication to the local standards and laws.Supports the Line Manager to build and deploy the Brand books.Drafts the annual Marketing plan of the assigned countries, in collaboration with the Line Manager and the Marketing & Sales Director.Supports the local Category Management Dept implementing the agreed consumer marketing strategies and action plansFacilitates the implementation of the editorial Plans in the assigned countries , curing the relationship between the Digital Marketing & Sales department and the local Marketing & Sales DeptControls the orders and invoices of packaging agenciesRaises the Purchase Order and manages the administration flow of the media investments made in the assigned countriesKey Soft SkillsCollaborative mindset, able to work across diverse EU cultures and align them with Italian HQ strategiesInnovation-driven, constantly challenging the status quo with new, scalable ideasStrong project management skills, acting as a bridge between local market needs and HQ strategic directionExcellence in planning and execution, balancing long-term vision with operational accuracyCross-functional collaboration with local Marketing, Operations, and HQ teamsStrategic thinking with the ability to simplify complexity and identify winning pathsRequirements for the ApplicationMaster's degree in Economics, Business, or related fields5+ years' experience in top-tier Consumer Packaged Goods companies, ideally in non-food or household categoriesProven success in product management and in leading complex product portfolios or innovation projectsInternational experience is a plusFluent in EnglishWhat We OfferThe chance to work in an international Group and a concrete opportunity for professional growthA dynamic environment based on teamworkSofidel Language Learning Programme through innovative digital platform for you and one additional user, such as family member or friend.#J-*****-Ljbffr
