Main responsibilitiesLead Problem Solving program to support areas on A3 approachSupport Strategy cascading process and routines meeting development within departments (Hoshin Kanri approach)Establish Process Management Framework to support areas on continuous improvement initiativesSupport in Lean Agile Transformation Framework implementationSupport capability development at all organization levels coordinating trainings, certifications, workshops and giving inputs for the upskilling of leaders and specialists across the companyRequirementsBSc or MSc University Degree (Business, Engineering)Openness to learn and desire to take up new challengesThe ability to build reliable, interpersonal relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across entire organizationEagerness to share own knowledgeAbility to work in a fast-changing environment and flexibilityAbility to conduct presentations, workshops, trainings and public speakingExperience with process/performance indicators and process mappingParticipation in continuous improvement and problem-solving projects or initiativesProblem solving mindset and knowledge of some tools and techniques (i.e.: Kaizen, PDCA, A3, 5Whys, 5W+1H, Ishikawa)Proficiency in English both speaking and writingNice to haveExperience in Lean Management - Practical knowledge of Lean toolsLean, Project Management and Agile Certifications (Greenbelt, Blackbelt, PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PgMP etc.) is a plusAgile knowledge (Familiarity with agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban)Jira proficiency (or willingness to learn)Previous experience as Lean specialist / CI specialist / Process optimizator / PM / Business Analyst/Process AnalystAnalytical thinking skills#J-*****-Ljbffr
