About UsJOST Italia have been founded in ****, we are the Italian Subsidiary of JOST Group.JOST is a global leader in the manufacturing of systems, modules and components for commercial vehicles.5 big brands are under one roof: JOST, ROCKINGER, TRIDEC, Quicke and Hyva with subsidiaries and branches all over the world.All of them are leaders in their segments combining individual products, efficient concepts for customer-specific applications and future technology systems.About the RoleWe are seeking an Area Sales Manager, responsible for driving sales within a specific territory by keeping existent Customers portfolio, identifying leads, building client relationships, and checking business performance.This position combines sales and technical focuses through in-person meetings, presentations, internal sales support.Key Responsibilities1. Client relationships management:Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.Conduct client visits, give sales presentations, answer questions, and negotiate prices and terms to close deals.Maintain and update Customer records by CRM (CAS Genesys).2. Sales activities / Product knowledgeProduct knowledge: Deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively explain their benefits.Update and follow all the negotiations, including price, discounts, payment terms.Preparing Customers trip with all business information, provided with ERP SAP.Visit reports via CRM to be reported to the Manager.3. CollaborationWorking with internal teams for the sales activities and supporting marketing initiative to align sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.Build and keep, with the Service Manager, workshops network.4. Sales target achievement / AnalysisWork to meet company targets, keep market share, increase sales and keep high the JOST reliability to Customers/Market.Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and the needs of the regional market is necessary to identify new opportunities.Skills & QualificationsDegree in business, marketing, mechanical expert or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or target-driven role is often essential.A track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas is highly valued.Since the role involves frequent travel within a territory to meet with clients, a prohension to travel and valid driver's license is mandatory.Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems are highly desirable.Strong mix of both technical and interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate product value, present to groups, and build rapport with clients.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, prioritize leads, and efficiently plan travel within the assigned territory.Fluent in Italian and good command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.What We OfferA broad, varied in sales role with exposure to both local and international sales practices.A collaborative and supportive team environment.Opportunities to contribute to the development of local Sales processes.Company car (fringe benefit), company tools.Competitive compensation package and benefits.
