UKA is an owner-managed company that has been pursuing a long-term business strategy since its founding in ****. The company's employees are committed to delivering the best possible project results that meet the highest economic and quality standards. All projects are systematically advanced, even when external circumstances require an extra measure of patience and perseverance. The UKA Group is one of the leading project developers for renewable energies in Germany with 1.5 GW of onshore wind projects under construction in its home market. Furthermore, an impressive project pipeline of currently 6.5 GW in the international markets alone underlines its attractive business prospects abroad. To further expand this international growth, the UKA Group is strengthening its presence in Italy - one of its focus markets - through its office in Rome, where a dedicated team is advancing a portfolio of utility-scale PV, onshore wind, and BESS projects. Negotiate lease agreements and other land control documents (e.G., surface rights, easements, acquisitions), coordinating closely with legal, project development, and prospecting teams and following management-approved terms. Obtain title deeds and other ownership documents from property registries or competent notaries; verify property boundaries and ensure consistency with maps and on-site conditions. Maintain comprehensive records of all land control instruments, ownership documents, and supporting files to ensure traceability and compliance. Monitor and update property data, including ownership changes due to inheritance, subdivision, or sale. Establish and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local operators, and community stakeholders to build trust and support long-term project success. Engage and coordinate with local institutions, municipalities, and other public administrations, in collaboration with the development team, to ensure alignment with local planning and permitting requirements. Support coordination with external brokers when strategically required by management to facilitate project development Provide regular updates to the management on the progress of ongoing negotiations, land agreements, and project-related activities.
