La nostra opportunitàPer l'Hotel Il Pellicano di Porto Ercole (GR), siamo alla ricerca di una figura professionale altamente qualificata per il ruolo diFront of House Manager.La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di guidare con eccellenza e visione strategica tutte le attività legate all'accoglienza e all'esperienza dell'Ospite, coordinando i Team di Front of House Agent, Concierge e Guest Relation Agent.Il suo contributo sarà determinante nel garantire un servizio impeccabile, personalizzato ed in linea con gli standard Pellicano Hotels.Responsabilità principali:Garantire una collaborazione costante e armoniosa con tutti i reparti dell'hotel, con l'Head Quarter, assicurando un flusso operativo impeccabile e un servizio perfettamente integrato.Supervisionare e guidare il Team, assicurando un comportamento sempre conforme agli standard di ospitalità di lusso e promuovendo un servizio anticipatorio, personalizzato e curato in ogni dettaglio.Presidiare tutte le fasi dell'esperienza di arrivo e partenza degli ospiti — accoglienza, check-in, check-out e interazioni quotidiane — mantenendo un approccio discreto, raffinato e orientato alla massima privacy.Monitorare e accompagnare la guest experience lungo l'intero soggiorno, anticipando esigenze e preferenze, personalizzando il servizio e garantendo una gestione proattiva e riservata di ogni eventuale criticità.Gestire e valutare feedback e segnalazioni, assicurando risposte tempestive, empatiche e coerenti con l'obiettivo di fidelizzare e sorprendere l'ospite.Monitorare il budget di reparto e i principali KPI, ottimizzando risorse e processi senza compromettere la qualità dell'esperienza.Promuovere iniziative di miglioramento continuo della qualità del servizio, curando la formazione e l'evoluzione professionale del team secondo gli standard LQA e le linee guida del brand.Requisiti richiesti:Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi, maturata presso strutture di pari livello.Comprovata capacità di gestione, motivazione e sviluppo di un Team di lavoro.Ottima conoscenza dei processi operativi del Front of House e dei principali PMS/strumenti informatici di settore.Eccellenti capacità relazionali, comunicative e di gestione dell'ospite.Leadership naturale, attitudine al problem solving e spiccato orientamento al teamwork.Approccio elegante, discreto e professionale, con forte attenzione ai dettagli.Familiarità con gli standard di servizio LQA e capacità di garantire elevati livelli di servizio personalizzato.
